Bedroom one: Bunk beds for the children, storage space.
Kitchen: With all amenities Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine, Dishwasher, breakfast area.
Bedroom two: Large double bedroom, with built in cupboards.
Bathroom: Toilet, bath with shower handle, cupboard space.
First floor
Shower area with toilet and hand basin.
Bedrooms three and four: Double beds both with built in cupboard space.

Greeting and introduction to the house on arrival by our agent.
The only extras are:
* Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of 400 (euro), to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs. * Telephone as per France Telecom's bill. * rental of EXTRA linen at € 20 (euro) per person for 1 set.. * Single cleaning charge of € 100 (euro). * Electricity € 50 (euro) per week. * For heating, if needed, € 80 (euro)/per week.
Arrival / Departure :
Arrival on Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7.00 pm. * Departure on Saturday not later than 10.00 am. * 50% within one week of making the booking the rental is confirmed when the payment is received. * 50% a full 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations :
* If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. * If the cancellation reaches us between 90 and 30 days before arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * If the cancellation arrives 30 or fewer days before the arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
In each of the above cases we will be prepared to reduce the cancellation fee to 10% if we can find another tenant for the same period on the same terms.
