The Figuier is a three hundred old village house set in a small garden on two levels and containing a swimming pool (3,5 X 7 meters). House ready for 5 people.
A spacious and bright living room looks out on a large terrace bounded by lauriers roses.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second two twin beds. There is ample cupboard space in the twin-bedded room and a chest of drawers in the double-bedded room. The third room contains bookcases and an armchair. French doors open to a balcony overlooking a small garden.
A spiral staircase goes to the 1st floor level where there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The rooms overlook the garden.
The living room includes an open kitchen with a large counter, and a dining area.
A small room on the same level is an extension of the living room but can be closed off by sliding doors. It contains a small couch and a television set.
A step up leads to the bathroom with a bathtub and shower arrangment there is also a separate WC.

Included in the rental price are therefore:
Greeting and introduction to the house on arrival by our agent. Electricity and heating. Included in the rental price are therefore all towels and bedlinen.
The only extras are :
* Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of € 400 (euro), to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs.
Arrival / Departure :
* Arrival on Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7.00 pm. * Departure on Saturday not later than 10.00 am.
* 50% within one week of making the booking the rental is confirmed when the payment is received. * 50% a full 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations :
* If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. * If the cancellation reaches us between 90 and 30 days before arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * If the cancellation arrives 30 or fewer days before the arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
In each of the above cases we will be prepared to reduce the cancellation fee to 10% if we can find another tenant for the same period on the same terms.
