Downstairs
Large Living area has an open fire with French doors leading on to the terrace and garden. A satellite TV with VCR and DVD is installed as well as a hi fi/CD player. Adjacent comfortable dining area with seating for 8.
The large kitchen is very light and has a wonderful view on to the garden. There are 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, microwave, 5 gas burner hob with large electrical oven . The kitchen also has access on to the terrace.
Storage /Utility room which houses the heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer Guest bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Entrance hall with round table and chairs, coat rack.
Upstairs
Main Bedroom with Queen bed, dressing table, hairdryer, large wardrobe and Bedroom chair, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.
Second Bedroom with Queen bed, large wardrobe and chair.
Third Bedroom with 2 Single beds, large wardrobe and chair.
Fourth Bedroom with 2 Single beds, large wardrobe and chair, 2 nd Bathroom with bath, WC and basin, separate WC.
Outside
Both the living room and kitchen give access to the terrace where there is a large table and dining chairs for outside dining. There is also a day bed for relaxing in the sun.
The house is set in a South facing garden of approx 500m2 and boasts a 3.5m x 9m swimming pool.
2 Pool Loungers and 4 Deckchairs, a Weber Barbecue and 4 Bicycles are available for use by the guests.

Not included in the rental prices are
* Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of € 400 ( euro), to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs. * Telephone as per One tel. bill usually available within 8 weeks after departure. * Obligatory rental of linen at € 10 (euro) per person for 1 set.
Optional:
* Rental of towels, Bath/hand towel € 4 / € 3/pc,(swimming towels not provided). * Single cleaning charge of € 100 (euro). * Extra cleaning or washing of linen, if required, can be negotiated with the housekeeper and paid direct to her. * Electricity € 70 (euro) per week. * For heating, if needed, € 80 (euro)/per week.
Arrival / Departure :
* Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm. * Departure is Saturday not later than 10 am.
Payment of rental and deposit:
* 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received. * 50% plus deposit, 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations :
* If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. * If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Travel:
- The options from the UK are between driving down through France (645 miles from Calais: excellent motorway and stop-off facilities, reasonably priced overnight bed and breakfasts): * Flying Ryanair from London/Stansted to Nimes or Montpellier (1 ¾ hrs.) Twice daily flights very early a.m. and late p.m. [10 p.m.] in the season, though only late p.m. out of season. Cheap but inconvenient times. * Flying BA from London/Gatwick or Easyjet from London/Luton to Marseille. Reliable and good service several flights a day. Prices now reasonable. * Or coming by train from Waterloo through to Avignon (change at Lille, however on Saturday, during the season, non-stop Waterloo-Avignon).
- The options for other parts of the world are: * Flying to London and following one of the above suggestions. * Flying to Paris, Charles de Gaulle and taking at the airport the TGV (Fast excellent trains) to Avignon (40km/25 miles) or Nimes (16 km/10 miles). * Flying to Nimes or Marseille, taking the TGV from Paris Gare de Lyon to Avignon or Nimes.
