Arrival / Departure :
* Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm. * Departure is Saturday not later than 10 am.
Payment of rental and deposit:
* 30% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received. * 70% 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations :
* If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. * If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
